Delete Your PawPhysio Account
You can delete your PawPhysio account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how to do it and exactly what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Deletion is done inside the PawPhysio app:
- Open the PawPhysio app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the summary of what will be removed, then tap Continue.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
Your account and its data are then removed from our systems, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed
If you have uninstalled PawPhysio or cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it on your behalf:
We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Export your records first
Deletion is permanent, so if you would like to keep a copy of your dog’s history — for your own records or to give to a vet or physiotherapist — export it before you delete your account. In the app, open the History tab and use Export to download a spreadsheet (.csv) or a formatted report (.html).
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our systems:

| Your account | Your login, email address, and authentication records. |
| Dog profiles | Every dog you have added, including name, breed, date of birth, weight, microchip number, allergies, and vet contact details. |
| Photos | Any dog profile photos you have uploaded. |
| Sessions & activities | All logged exercise sessions, sets, reps, hold times, notes, and recorded activities. |
| Programs | All training programs, custom exercises, and imported programs. |
| Health records | Measurements, supplements, vaccinations, and medical history. |
| Reminders | Scheduled reminders and notification settings. |
What is kept, and for how long
A small amount of information may be retained after deletion, for the reasons below:

| Transaction and billing records | Required for tax, accounting, and audit obligations. These records are held by Apple or Google as the payment processors, and by us in limited form. | As required by law (typically 5 years in Singapore) |
| Backups | Deleted data may persist briefly in encrypted routine backups before those backups are rotated out. | Up to 30 days |
| Records of the deletion request | To demonstrate that we honoured your request. | As required by law |
Aside from the above, your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google rather than by us. To avoid being charged again, cancel your subscription separately:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PawPhysio › Cancel Subscription.
- Android — Google Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › PawPhysio › Cancel subscription.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before deleting your account.
